Dr.
Ray Emrani, Founder, President & Co-Inventor of VizOrg Organization system. He is also CEO
& CTO of VizCommunication.
Mr.
Gerard Casale, Esq., Business Development, brings a unique
blend of business and legal experience, having successfully served as
counsel, advisor and venture manager for dozens of public and private
high-tech companies throughout the world. He currently serves as Chief
Strategy Advisor to The Girvan Institute of Technology, focused primarily
on generating commercialization prospects for Girvan’s Intellectual
Property portfolio as well as assisting in other Girvan business development
tasks such as international growth and business planning for other California
office site deployments.
He
is also Managing Partner of Duke Equity Partners, LLC, a Los Angeles
based private equity firm with offices in London, England, which focuses
on investments in small technology companies worldwide.
Gerard
received his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University, Malibu,
California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Fairfield
University, Fairfield, Connecticut. He currently sits on the Board of
Directors and as Advisor to various entities throughout the world and
has taught venture finance law as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine
University School of Law.
Mr. Greg Mote, Product Design, brings nine years of
cutting-edge industrial design experience. He
is part of a small design team LP_ID, which is currently in charge of
the design of a museum for the Walt Disney Family Foundation. He is
also a partner in Cinetactics, a company that specializes in creating
innovative gear for filmmakers.
His
clients have included Elmer’s, LEGO Futura, 3Gen, and Steelcase.
His design works include brainstorming and idea refinement toward production
of school supplies and craft kits for Elmer’s, concept exploration
and illustration for LEGO, solid modeling for injection molding for
3Gen and design and prototyping of a modular wall system for the Clestra
Hauserman division of Steelcase.
Mr.
Mote is a graduate of Art Center College of Design, Pasadena,
California.
